The American Culinary Federation offers professional
certifications from Certified Culinarian to Executive Chef.  You can join the National Navy Chapter for Half-price!

The National Restaurant Association offers
certification as a Food Management Professional for personnel performing at Leading MS level with a wide experience base.  Additionally, they offer SERVSAFE Food Service Sanitation Certification for all your
personnel which can be instructed and proctored by your local Navy Food Management Team.  Let your
command know that you can acquire a nationally
recognized certification for as little as $75 per person

The International Food Service Executive's Association offers recognition as Certified Food manager and Certified Food
Executive

The American Hotel & Motel Association offers several certifications
including Certified Hospitality Supervisor.
